International Association Machinist and Aerospace Workers Employee Assistance Program:

The International Association Machinist Aerospace Workers employee assistance program with Air Canada is a joint internal union EAP that is a voluntary, confidential and full reimbursed program. The mission statement of IAMAW EAP program is assisting an IAMAW union member to seek and accept professional help with a personal problem by referring them to professional psychological services in their community. Within the constraints of the respected negotiated company benefit plan.

The IAMAW joint EAP program is a union managed EAP at the national and regional levels. The IAMAW EAP offers its union members, professional trained coordinators in the workplaces. EAP puts emphasis on advocating awareness to our union members. The IAMAW EAP program takes pride in solidarity and helping IAMAW union members live healthier and safer lives.
