Further to Bulletin No. 028 dated July 21st, 2022, District Lodge 140 advised our members that we
will provide further information as to when the next dates the National Vaccine Policy Arbitration will
be held.
Please be advised that Arbitrator Ready has offered the Union and the Company with another date,
which both parties and our legal teams have agreed on. The next date that the National Vaccine

District Bulletin 27 – AIR CANADA – TMOS NEGOTIATION UPDATE
Your 2022 Negotiations Committee recently reconvened with the Company for two (2) weeks of bargaining. The week of June 20th in Vancouver and the week of June 27th in Toronto.
These early stages of bargaining have mainly focused on detailed discussion, but some progress has been made. There is a myriad of issues to be addressed, as identified by the Membership in the Bargaining Survey. Read Bulletin here…

In the past three (3) days we saw management invoke forced overtime clauses in our contract to stave off several flights from being cancelled.
