- TO ALL IAM MEMBERS AIR CANADA TMOS UPDATE:
Brothers, Sisters, and Siblings
On Monday December 22, 2025, the Canadian Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) received an application from
AMFA for an interim order prohibiting us from issuing a notice to bargain to Air Canada.
We have been working with our legal team on our response to the CIRB and AMFA over the last 48 hours. We
are absolutely opposed to AMFA’s application and their attempt to delay collective bargaining.
As we have stated before, we will be serving Air Canada with our intent to bargain in January and we will be
going to the bargaining table in early 2026. Together we will achieve an industry leading agreement in 2026.See Attached Bulletin
